Beautiful skin is the goal of so many women. If you gave women, particularly older women, 3 wishes the chances are that one of them would be beautiful skin through into old age.

Why is beautiful skin so important to women? Because beauty is important to women, and the skin is what shows their beauty off to the world. Great looking clear skin is the basis of looking good.

It’s impossible to look hot with skin that looks like a steamroller has rolled right over it.

1. Start early.

It’s way better to start a good skin routine in your 20s rather than in your 50s, like so many women do. Waiting till later isn’t good. Begin any great skin care routine as early as you can, preferably if your skin is still looking great.

Surely if you’re in your 20s and your skin still looks great it’s too early to start a skin care routine? No not at all, skin deterioration starts before you begin to see it.

Now I’m not saying that if you’re in your forties or fifties it’s too late and you shouldn’t bother. Just that it’s better to start in your twenties. It’s never too late.

2. Stay healthy.

Overall health is one of the most important factors in great skin health. A healthy body makes for a healthy skin.

It may sound a little simplistic, but it’s something that so many women never even think of. To have great looking skin you need to stay healthy. So do all those things you read about everywhere about staying healthy.

For example a good diet high in fresh fruit and vegetables is also great for your skin. Its high in anti oxidants which are good for your skin, and it produces overall health, including skin health. And a healthy heart helps good blood circulation, and good blood circulation is also good for your skin.

And of course lots of exercise is also important for skin health too.

Basically I’m telling you that you can’t look great with smooth glowing beautiful skin on a diet of burgers and pizza, with a walk to the fridge as your exercise for the day. Take care of you and you will take care of your skin.

3. There’s 2 things that are terrible for your skin. Avoid them.

There’s 2 factors that are huge in contributing to skin deterioration. Smoking and sunburn. Whatever you need to do just don’t do these. Both take a huge toll on your skin condition.

4. Use the best natural skin care products in the world.

It’s totally true, like you’ve probably heard, that many big name skin care products do little and cost way too much. But don’t throw the baby out with the bathwater. Science really does know a lot about keeping skin healthy, and there are excellent and reasonably priced natural skin care products that really do work extremely well. Find them and use them right now.

Most of the big brand name skin care products also contain chemical ingredients that aren’t good for your skin at all, though are cheap.
