Are There Foods That Are Able To Help With Anti Aging Skin Care?
Did you know that there are several foods you can consume which are able to help with antiaging skin care? You may not know it but there are a lot of foods you consume on a daily basis which may be responsible for the deterioration of your skin. There’ve been strong studies done which show if a person reduces their intake of certain foods that will be able to keep their skin looking younger and healthier longer. One specific study was done at the University of Melbourne in 2001 and it was published in the Journal of the American College of nutrition.
In this study they analyzed the diets of 453 people. Many of these people were over the age of 70 and they resided in places such as Australia, Greece, and Sweden. These people were given certain foods over a duration of time in order to determine whether or not consumption of these foods had any affect on the deterioration of their skin or wrinkling. What was found out as it concerns antiaging skin care was if a person had a low caloric diet that was very high in fruits, vegetables, and nuts it was able to help them experience less deterioration of their skin. But there also foods consumed which show the reverse was true.
In the rest of this article I’m going to discuss some of these foods. Now here are the foods which were taken over a specified period of time that showed decreased levels of wrinkling in elderly people. Any of the foods you may be eating which contain high levels of total fat were beneficial, foods which contain high levels of mono unsaturated fat. If you’re eating any type of olives or foods that contain olive oil they were found to be very effective as it concerns antiaging skin care. Eating high levels of fish, especially fish that contain high levels of fatty acids and Omega threes were effective.
Eating dairy products such as yogurt and consuming reduced fat milk was beneficial. Adding eggs to one side was shown to help with antiaging skin care. Nuts and lagoons were noted as being beneficial to antiaging skin care. Adding vegetables to one’s diet such as leafy greens, spinach, at plant, and asparagus was shown to so tremendous results. Eating lots of whole grain cereals on a daily basis were shown to be very positive. Adding a healthy amount of fruits and fruit products to your diet were effective in increasing levels of collagen’s and elastin in one skin.
Staying away from soft drinks and fruit juices was shown to be good. Also increasing your intake of water and tea was shown to be very beneficial. Some of the foods you want to avoid are foods containing high levels of saturated fat, processed meats, any dairy products which contain full fat. Cakes, sweets and various other high sugary foods are to be avoided, as well as potato or any other high starch products. Antiaging skincare is still a growing study, and even though this research study was shown to be good it still cannot be conclusive when it comes to antiaging skin care.
